POPSTAR 5 is a photocomic that uses the Subarudo Kirby figurines and other things as its characters. Its main characters are; Waddle Dee Williams, or "Wads", Kirby Kirby, or "Kirby", and Meta Knight, or "Knight". - Usually updates Mondays and Fridays!
Popstar is the name of both a solar system, and the sun in the center of it. There are eight planets orbiting Popstar. Each one is equally-sized, revolves at an equal speed, and orbits at an equal speed. These planets are known as Popstar 1-8.
On multiple points on the eight planets are stationed machines known as "teleportation booths". They teleport whoever enters them to whichever planet they choose. These booths are usually stationed near public places, such as malls, hospitals, and theaters. Also, the teleportation booths will transport a person to any other teleportation booth on the same planet.
The time it takes to teleport depends on how far the two planets are spaced. For example, going from Popstar 1 to either Popstar 2 or 8 takes one second. 3 or 7 takes five seconds. 6 or 4 takes ten. 8 takes thirty, as you have to pass through Popstar.
A teleportation booth has the appearance of a blue police box, similar to the TARDIS on the popular British scifi show, Doctor Who. The only exception to this is the three special teleportation booths found in the Popstar solar system.
The first special booth is the Earth Booth, which is on Popstar 5. This booth has the appearance of a police box painted to resemble Earth. It will teleport you to a booth that is hidden within a closet somewhere in the Nintendo of America headquarters in Redmond, Washington. From there, you can teleport to other booths, each of which is hidden in various countries, such as Japan, England, or Belgium. Nobody really knows why there's a teleportation booth in Belgium. Each of these Earth-based booths connects to the others, but only the one in the USA connects to Popstar 5. The time it takes to teleport to Earth is about one minute.
The second special booth is the Military Booth. It has the appearance of a police box with green camo coloring. It is located within the Popstar Army Base on Popstar 3. This booth connects to the Meta Knight Army Base and various planets that are allied with Popstar. The Military Booth can only be accessed by members of the Popstar Army, people important to Popstar, and people cleared by Popstar Army officials. The public can only access the booth on tours, which only occur on certain days of the year. The time it takes for this to teleport is almost instantaneously.
The third special booth is the Exploration Booth. It has the appearance of a rusted, metal police box with the flag of Popstar painted on the side. The Exploration Booth is located on Popstar 1. It does not connect to anything, just teleports you to a random point in the universe. Every person who enters the booth will be given special training prior to their entrance, and is required to wear a special suit equipped with a tracking device, a space helmet, a microphone, and a device which will teleport them back to Popstar 1. This booth was originally a prototype teleportation booth, and the first one ever produced. It is unknown how long teleportation takes.
